Singer Nick Jonas marked Mother’s Day with a personal Instagram post for actor Priyanka Chopra. He shared unseen pictures of Priyanka with their daughter, Malti Marie. He kept the note short and sweet. The post drew attention to a family that has often shared parts of its life online.
Priyanka, 43, and Nick, 33, got married in December 2018 after a whirlwind romance. They have one daughter, Malti Marie, who was born in January 2022. Nick’s post was one of several Mother’s Day tributes shared by film personalities on Sunday.

In the caption, Nick wrote, “You are the wind beneath our wings. Happy Mother’s Day my Jaan. We love you so much.”
One of the pictures saw Priyanka spending time with Malti in a swimming pool while Nick turned the cameraman. Another saw Priyanka and Malti sporting similar red braids. In the third picture, Nick and Priyanka posed with Malti. In all the pictures, Nick kept Malti’s face hidden with a heart emoji.
Other celebrities mark the day
Several celebrities also marked Mother’s Day with posts about family and motherhood. Anupam Kher, Sanjay Dutt, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Kajol and Richa Chadha were among those who shared messages. Some posted old photographs. Others uploaded videos and short notes.
Anupam Kher shared a tribute for his mother, Dulari. He wrote about maternal sacrifice, intuition and unconditional love.
Sanjay Dutt remembered his late mother, Nargis Dutt, with rare black-and-white pictures from his childhood. He wrote, “Mumma, I miss you. I wish you were here with me. Your love and blessings are always with me. Love you mom.” In one picture, his sisters Priya Dutt and Namrata Dutt were also seen with Nargis. Nargis died in 1981, days before Sanjay made his Bollywood debut with Rocky.
Bobby Deol and Sunny Deol also posted for their mother, Prakash Kaur. Bobby wrote, “No matter how old I get, I’ll always be your little boy. Happy Mother’s Day my precious Maa.” Sunny shared a compilation of photos and videos as an Instagram reel. Kajol shared a photo with her mother, Tanuja, and wrote, “We are both part of the #mothersclub, but she is presiding chairman and CEO.. bowing down to the one and only #mymom ! She is my Kali, Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswati all rolled into one. Even the goddess knows that.”
Professional projects lined up
On the work front, Priyanka was recently seen in Citadel Season 2. She will next share screen space with Orlando Bloom in the survival thriller Reset, directed by Matt Smukler. She also has SS Rajamouli’s Varanasi opposite Mahesh Babu lined up, which will release in 2027.
