European Commission and Kuwait have condemned Iran’s missile and drone attacks on the United Arab Emirates, expressing solidarity with Abu Dhabi.
Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah spoke with his Emirati counterpart Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and denounced what he described as “sinful Iranian aggressions,” according to state media.
Meanwhile, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen criticised the strikes, saying the UAE had once again been targeted by “vicious missiles and drone attacks.”
“These attacks are unacceptable and constitute a clear violation of sovereignty and international law,” von der Leyen wrote on X.
