Actor Rashmika Mandanna gave fans a candid peek into husband, actor Vijay Deverakonda’s birthday celebrations, sharing a string of photos and videos from the day along with a playful, detailed note on Instagram. From gym sessions and family time to fan moments outside their home, her post stitched together a full picture of how the day unfolded.
Describing it as a “perfect day”, Rashmika wrote that the celebrations played out almost in reverse, ending with a visit to a friend’s place after a day that included workouts, meetings and time spent with loved ones who dropped by to wish Vijay.
“It’s my man’s birthday today and my day went like this in reverse tho (sic),” she wrote, adding that the day began at home with family and their pet. She mentioned that “good mornings to paapalu dad and Shimmu (sister Shiman Mandanna) happened”, noting that their dog was part of the celebrations.
Rashmika also shared that an unexpected schedule change allowed her to be present for the day. “I love the days when you had released the date for a shoot and for some reason it gets cancelled, and you get to celebrate (sic),” she wrote, calling it a rare and welcome break.
She signed off the note with a warm message: “Happiest birthday to you my Viiijjjjjuuuuu (sic).”

Fans join the celebrations
Earlier in the day, videos had surfaced of Vijay stepping out to greet fans gathered outside his home, with Rashmika by his side. The couple was seen acknowledging the crowd, with Vijay also cutting a cake with those present.
The birthday marked Vijay’s first since his wedding to Rashmika. The occasion also gained traction online after his brother Anand Deverakonda shared unseen pictures from the wedding along with a note for him.

Work updates
On the work front, Vijay recently began work on VDxShouryuv with a pooja ceremony held in April. He is also set to feature in Ranabaali, directed by Rahul Sankrityan, where he plays a freedom fighter, with Rashmika starring alongside him. Actor Arnold Vosloo is part of the film as the antagonist.
Not just that, Vijay also has Rowdy Janardhana lined up for a December 2026 release.
